| It's interesting to me that in the same H2O notes there's a story about (1) Detroit as the number 1 polluter in the Great Lakes and (2) Michigan wants to close the Chicago locks, reopening a 1920 case about the locks being put in place for the purpose of diverting sewage out of the Lake.
